Account and Data Deletion Policy

This page explains the account and data deletion process for all applications published by Everpixel ("Developer").

How to Request Account Deletion

To request the permanent deletion of your account and its associated data from one of our applications, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email from the address you used to register for the app to support@everpixel.org.

  2. In the Subject line of the email, please write "Account Deletion Request" and specify the name of the application you wish to delete your account from.

  3. In the body of the email, please include your username or registered email address so we can verify your account for that specific app.

The Deletion Process and What Data is Deleted

Once we receive your request, we may contact you to verify your identity. After verification is complete, your account and associated data for that application will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

This action is irreversible and includes the deletion of:

  • All personal profile information (Username, email address, etc.)

  • All user-generated content and data within the app (Saved items, preferences, in-app progress, etc.)

Data Retention

For legal and financial compliance (such as records of in-app purchases), some transactional data may be retained in an anonymized form, meaning it cannot be linked back to your personal identity.
