1. License Grant

Apps made available through the App Store are licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to each App is subject to your acceptance of this Standard EULA or a Custom EULA provided by the Application Provider. The license for any Apple App is granted by Apple, while the license for any Third Party App is granted by the Application Provider.

You are granted a nontransferable license to use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded products you own, as permitted by the Usage Rules. You may not redistribute, transfer, or sublicense the Licensed Application, or copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or open-source licensing terms.

2. Use of Data

You consent that Licensor may collect technical data and related information about your device, system, and application usage to provide updates, support, and services. Data will be used in anonymized form to improve products and services.

3. Refunds and Payment

All purchases are processed via Paddle, our authorized payment processor. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, available here.

Key Points:

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product is not fully used or activated.

  • Subscription renewals may be refunded within 7 days of renewal if unused.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

4. Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated by either party. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms herein. Licensor may also terminate access for ethical or legal violations.

5. External Services

The Licensed Application may provide access to third-party services (“External Services”). You use these at your own risk. Licensor is not responsible for content, accuracy, or availability of External Services. You agree not to use External Services to harass, abuse, or infringe on third-party rights.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Licensed Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” Licensor disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow exclusion of warranties, which may limit this disclaimer.

7. Limitation of Liability

Licensor is not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Total liability shall not exceed $50, except as required by law in cases of personal injury.

8. Export Compliance

You may not export or re-export the Licensed Application in violation of U.S. law or local jurisdiction laws. This includes embargoed countries or persons on restricted lists.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by California law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. EU/Switzerland/Norway/Iceland residents submit to the jurisdiction of their usual place of residence. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

10. Prohibition of Deepfakes and Media Misuse

You may not use the Licensed Application to create or distribute deepfake content, manipulated media, or any content that violates rights, privacy, or dignity. Breach may result in license suspension or termination.

11. Ethical Use and Legal Compliance

You must comply with all applicable ethical guidelines, laws, and community standards. Licensor may provide notices or best practices, which you agree to follow. You are responsible for respecting intellectual property, privacy, and data protection laws.

12. Privacy Integration

Your use of the Licensed Application is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available here. Key points:

  • We collect personal data necessary to provide services.

  • Data may be shared with third-party processors like Paddle.

  • Users have rights to access, correct, or delete their data.

  • We implement technical measures to secure user data.
