Refund & Exchange Policy

At EverPixel Software Technologies, we want every PixVibe customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Since PixVibe is a digital application and service, sales are considered final unless eligible under the terms described below.
However, we understand that certain circumstances may require assistance or refunds, and we aim to handle such cases fairly and transparently.

1. Technical Issues

A technical issue refers to an unexpected malfunction that prevents PixVibe from operating as intended under normal conditions.

Examples include:

  • Application crashes or errors during normal use.

  • Inability to access purchased premium features due to a verified system error.

Non-technical issues are not eligible for refunds, such as:

  • Lack of required software, devices, or internet connection.

  • Insufficient knowledge of how to use PixVibe or its features.

  • Dissatisfaction with design, layout, or subjective quality.

If you experience a technical issue, please first contact our Support Team at support@everpixel.org.
Our team will work with you to resolve the problem.
If the issue cannot be fixed within 3 business days, you may request a refund by providing detailed information and reproducible steps.

2. Product Exchange Policy

Refunds or exchanges can only be processed within 3 days of purchase and under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Plan Purchased:
    If you purchased the wrong PixVibe plan (e.g., Personal instead of Business), please purchase the correct one and contact us with both order numbers. We’ll gladly refund the incorrect purchase.

  • Duplicate Purchase:
    If you accidentally bought the same plan or credits more than once, we will refund the duplicate transaction(s).

  • Incorrect Payment Method:
    If you used the wrong credit card or payment account, repurchase PixVibe using the correct method and contact us for a refund of the original order.

All exchange or refund requests must be made within 3 days of the original purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be granted only in the following situations:

  1. Duplicate Transactions:
    You purchased the same subscription, credits, or plan twice by mistake.

  2. Unresolved Technical Issues:
    A verified technical issue prevents you from using PixVibe as described, and our team cannot resolve it after investigation.

  3. Misrepresentation:
    The product or service description on our website does not match the actual delivered product or stated functionality.

To qualify, you must provide sufficient details, screenshots, or other reproducible evidence of the issue.

4. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind or no longer need PixVibe.

  • You found another product you prefer.

  • You do not have the required device, software, or internet speed.

  • You cannot use the product due to lack of technical knowledge.

  • The issue is subjective (e.g., “the design isn’t good enough”).

  • The purchase was made more than 3 days ago.

  • You or your client downloaded and accessed the product.

  • You cannot provide sufficient evidence of the claimed issue.

All refunds are processed at the sole discretion of EverPixel Software Technologies.

5. Refunds for Purchases Made with Credits

If a purchase was made using credits only, any approved refund will be reissued as credits.
If a purchase was made using a combination of credits and a payment method, the entire refund will be issued as credits equivalent to the total value of the original transaction.
No partial-cash refunds will be provided.

6. Membership Refund Policy

Refunds for PixVibe Pro Memberships are only available within 3 days of the initial subscription, and only if no credits or downloads have been used.

We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for monthly or annual memberships once credits have been redeemed or features accessed.

7. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and strongly encourage contacting us before initiating a chargeback or PayPal dispute.
Please reach out to support@everpixel.org — we’ll gladly help resolve any purchase concerns.

Important Notes:

  • Filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute will result in temporary account suspension until the matter is resolved.

  • Repeated or unresolved disputes may lead to permanent account closure, and access to all purchased content may be revoked.

  • If you filed a chargeback accidentally, please contact your payment provider to rescind the dispute and inform us so we can reopen your account.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
